Order Status Update

The form below will give you an update on your current order progress.

 

  • Most orders are usually sent within 1-2 weeks. These timeframes are a guide only and not a guarantee of dispatch within the stated timeframes.
  • Please note public holidays and peak periods, such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day etc, may increase timeframes.
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on location. For further dispatch timeframe or delivery information please see our FAQ

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What does your order status mean?

We make every effort to keep order statuses as up to date as possible but please note that statuses are not updated in real time and may only be updated at the end of the day.

ORDER STATUS DESCRIPTION
Processing / Artwork Queue Your order has been received and is in the queue for artwork to be designed.
Artwork / Pending Approval Your order design draft (proof) has been created and emailed to you for approval. Please check your email for artwork proofs. Approval is required before production can commence. (Note Not all items require approval)
Ready to Cut (RTC) Your order artwork has been converted for cutting. Your order is currently in the cutting queue.
Cutting in Progress Your order is now in the process of being laser cut.
Ready to Print (RTP) Your order artwork has been created, all items have been laser cut (if applicable) and your order is now in the process of having text/graphics printed.
Assembly Your order has been cut and/or printed and is now just in the final stages of assembly. It’s almost complete!
Packaging Your order is ready to go and is just waiting on a final quality check and packaging.
Ready for Post / Awaiting Courier Collection Your order is waiting on being booked in and picked up by Australia Post or courier. You will be emailed tracking details shortly.
Priority / Urgent Your order has been flagged as being urgent. This is usually as a result of prior communication with us about dispatch by a certain date.
Priority / Urgent RTC/RTP Your priority order is now in the stages of production.
