Alex & Me Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

1.The Alex & Me rewards program is automatically available to all A+M VIP members signed up via the website.
By participating in our Loyalty Rewards program you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

2. These Terms & Conditions may change or new terms and conditions may be added at any time without notice.
Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

3. The Alex & Me rewards program may change at any time without prior notification.

4. The Alex & Me rewards program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. You cannot sell or transfer your Alex & Me reward points to another person or merge points with another account.

6. Alex & Me reward points cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The Alex & Me points table is made available to you in your account dashboard under “Loyalty & Rewards” link.

8. We may change or discontinue the Alex & Me rewards program at any time without prior notification.
If discontinued, all current Alex & Me rewards points will be forfeited.

9. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in the Alex & Me rewards program or cancel any orders if we believe you have exploited or engaged in fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Alex & Me reward points can only be earned through website sales. All custom orders and manual transactions are excluded.

11. Wholesale, Trade and Bulk orders are excluded from the Alex & Me rewards program.

Earning Points

Making a purchase – Points are earned on every purchase you make at www.alexandme.com.au. Points are calculated on the total dollar value minus any discounts applied
and shipping costs.

It’s Your Birthday – Points are earned every year on your birthday. If the birthday field is left empty on your account, no points will be earned.
We cannot backdate missed points.

Leave a Review – Simply write a product review on our website to earn Alex & Me rewards points. Reviews can only be written on purchases you have made.

Refer A Friend – Send your personal referral link to a friend, if they sign up to our Alex & Me rewards program, points will automatically be available in your account.
Your referral link can be found in your loyalty and rewards section in your account dashboard. 

VIP Signup – Signup to become a VIP member to earn your starter points, this can only be redeemed once.

Redeeming points

Simply log in to your account and head over to your dashboard, click the “Loyalty and Rewards” link.
Once you have enough points, you can unlock your perks.

Refunds/Cancellations

If an order is refunded/cancelled, all points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If a refund/cancellation is approved by A+M, any reward points used for the purchase will be credited to your account.
