All our custom made decor is designed and lovingly made in our Sydney studio.
Current Timeframes (not inc delivery): We recommend you allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be created with love, carefully packaged and sent. While we can usually dispatch sooner than the stated time frames, we prefer to under promise and over deliver allowing us a little ‘wriggle room’. During peak periods (eg Christmas, Mothers day etc.) production times may increase.
The timeframe on your order largely depends on where we’re at in our production schedule and on the type of item/s you are ordering. Some items may be sent within a couple of days, whereas other items will require the full timeframe.
We understand that sometimes you just need it NOW, so for urgent orders please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can get yours to you in time.
Production of your unique piece takes time and requires a number of processes. We like to make sure a high standard is maintained so we don’t want to rush it. Each piece has to be designed, machine cut and then finished by hand – all by us in our studio.

Please note that wood grain direction, texture and finish will vary from piece to piece. If you have a particular requirement regarding grain direction, please add to your order notes. As these product are made from natural materials, are finished and painted by hand, no two products will be identical and minor imperfections may be present – we like to think it makes each piece all the more unique!

All decor items are for decorative purposes only. They are not toys so please keep out of reach of little hands, some items are fragile and will break if mishandled.
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately depict colours on our website, all displays output colour differently so please bear in mind that actual product colour may differ slightly.
