The perfect way to announce the arrival of your newest addition

  • Plaque is made from natural wood with acrylic first name.
  • First name will be centred with your choice of middle/last name placement. If your layout preference doesn’t work for your name we will send you a proof to preview.
  • Details can be written in fine tip permanent marker. For Jarrah wood, we recommend writing with a fine tip white paint pen (eg Posca).
  • Option to add a a clear acrylic display stand.
  • Please ensure name provided is correct. As each name is made to order we cannot re-do or refund orders for incorrect spelling. Once production has commenced orders cannot be altered or cancelled.
  • Matching milestone discs available here

Dispatch Timeframes (not inc delivery): Most orders are usually processed within 3-7 bus. days for your items to be created with love, carefully packaged and sent. While we can usually dispatch sooner than the stated time frames, we prefer to under promise and over deliver allowing us a little ‘wriggle room’.  Please note that the stated timeframes may increase during peak and holiday seasons (such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Christmas etc.) See FAQ for timeframes and cut-off dates over seasonal/holiday periods.

The timeframe on your order largely depends on where we’re at in our production schedule and on the type of item/s you are ordering. Some items may be sent within a couple of days, whereas other items will require the full timeframe. Please contact us if you need something fast – we can usually accommodate rush orders!

Dispatch timeframes are a guide only and do NOT include delivery time.

Shipping notifications will be sent when your order is complete.

Production of your unique piece takes time and requires a number of processes. We like to make sure a high standard is maintained so we don’t want to rush it. Each piece has to be designed, machine cut and then finished by hand – all by us in our Sydney studio.

 

Except where items are marked as Free Shipping, final shipping amount is calculated at the cart page. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Delivery to Australia:
Flat Rate Australia Wide $9.95 (sent via courier or AusPost for remote or PO Box addresses. Includes tracking)
Large Item Shipping $14.95 or $19.95 depending on size & weight (Sent via courier for metro areas or Australia Post for regional and PO box addresses. Tracking included.)

Free Shipping Items will be posted via a method chosen at our discretion. In most cases this will be Australia Post untracked. If you require tracking for these items please choose ‘Flat Rate’ at checkout.

All international deliveries are sent with DHL.

Flat Rate to NZ $15.00 (typically 3-7 bus. days, inc tracking)
Large/Heavy items to NZ $18.95 (typically 3-7 bus. days, inc tracking)

International Shipping:
All international deliveries are sent with DHL. Shipping is determined by weight and will be calculated at the checkout. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and some parts of Europe via Australia Post or Courier, chosen at our discretion.
For countries other than Australian and New Zealand please contact us for a shipping quote.
