Your order is important to us, which is why we do our best to ensure your order is sent to you as soon as possible and in excellent condition. We take pride in our products so we quality check each item before we send it out to you.

We don’t want to keep you waiting so we endeavour to dispatch all orders within the our manufacturing timeframes. We pride ourselves on prompt processing and shipping of orders. On dispatch of your order we will advise you of your tracking number (if applicable) so that you can monitor your delivery for peace of mind.

Dispatch Timeframes

Dispatch timeframes are a guide only. If you require your items urgently please contact us.

Wall Prints: Typically sent in 1-2 days but please allow up to 5 business days.
Felt Ball Garlands: Typically sent in 1-2 days but please allow up to 5 business days.
Mobiles, garlands, dreamcatchers and all wall hangings: May require up to 14 bus. days production time. While we can usually dispatch sooner we prefer to under promise and over deliver allowing us a little ‘wriggle room’.
Event Decor: May require up to 10 bus. days production time. While we can usually dispatch sooner we prefer to under promise and over deliver allowing us a little ‘wriggle room’.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom via Australia Post or Courier, chosen at our discretion.
For all other countries please contact us for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping Items will be posted via a method chosen at our discretion. In most cases this will be Australia Post untracked.

Once your order has been dispatched we will not be held responsible for incorrectly provided addresses, late, lost, or damaged products.

Delivery to Australia:

Flat Rate Australia Wide $9.95

All Australian orders include parcel tracking to your door via a courier delivery service. Tracking details will be provided directly to you from the courier service. PO Boxes & Remote areas will be sent via Australia Post.

Typical delivery time within Sydney Metro is 1-2 days, to most capital cities in 3-7 days and to most regional areas within 8-10 days.

Small Item Shipping $6.95

Sent via courier or AusPost for metro areas or Australia Post for regional and PO box addresses. Tracking included.

Large Item Shipping $14.95

Larger items sent via courier for metro areas or Australia Post for regional and PO box addresses. Tracking included.

Free Shipping Items will be posted via a method chosen at our discretion. In most cases this will be Australia Post untracked. If you require tracking for these items please choose ‘Flat Rate’ at checkout.

Re-Delivery

If for any reason a parcel has been returned to Alex&Me a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply. It is the customers responsibility to ensure address provided is correct and can be delivered to within business hours. In the event that no one is home to accept a parcel, it is customers responsibility to collect from Australia Post Offices or Courier Collect agents (where applicable), or be available to receive upon re-delivery. If the customer chooses not to get the parcel redelivered, refunds will not be issued for custom and personalised products.

International Shipping:

We use DHL for all international orders. All international orders will be sent with tracking.  Once your order has been dispatched we will not be held responsible for incorrectly provided addresses, late, lost or damaged products.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is wholely responsible for any such charges.

Re-Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to ensure address provided is correct. New Zealand Flat Rate : $15
Large/Heavy Item Shipping: $18.95

All New Zealand orders include parcel tracking to your door. Tracking details will be provided directly to you from DHL. Parcels will be collected from Australia via DHL and may be delivered by DHL or passed on to NZ Post for delivery.

Delivery to United Kingdom:

Estimated delivery 6-8 business days. Timeframes are a guide only and do not include customs delays.

Returns


Customer satisfaction is our number one aim so we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible – if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping cost).

What we ask of you:
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition
  • Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging
  • Return postage must be paid by the customer (unless item is faulty)
How to complete your return:
  • Contact us on 1300 733 312 or email info@alexandme.com.au to request a return.
  • We will send you a return approval number to include with the order and the return address.

Custom Made Product Return

As each personalised or custom product is made to order we cannot cancel, alter, re-do or refund orders once production has commenced. In the case of incorrect details provided by you or change of mind please contact us ASAP to seek production status. Customers with an account can login at any time to view the current production status of their order.
